ELECTRONIC FILES: Electronic files for ads will be accepted ONLY in the following formats: .jpg, .tif, .eps, or Hi-Resolution PDF. Electronic photos should be scanned at 300pixels/inch, 150 lines/inch. Word files must have embedded art also sent as a separate file. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT: PowerPoint, WordPerfect, or Publisher files. TRANSMISSION: Either mail a CD/Disk to the advertising chairperson, or contact the advertising chairperson for electronic submission instructions.
